Excerpt for A Song For Nana by , available in its entirety at Smashwords

Dear Nana,

I miss you every day,

It’s kinda hard with you not around no more,

And this pain won’t go away,

I wish we could frollock through more fields together,

Smelling all the Spring flowers,

I wish we could go on more hunts together,

Even through those good old April showers,

I know you’re not here physically,

But, somewhere, I still feel you,

Hopefully you can still forgive me,

For all the hard times we’ve more than been through,

I know you’re shining down on me,

From the great plains of the savannah,

I know I’ll definitely see you again someday,

In the next African lioness life,

And you will forever always and dearly once again be my one and only Nana,

Mary Gladys Anna
