Morning Dew

During a greyish bleak, blanket of cloud day

There was a bit of sorrow in not having much to say

But alas, when I looked to the sky

A bright light from the Heavens,

A good morning HI!

Hello!

Welcome to the wide, wonderful world

Breath in the day, live with vigor,

And stop being so bored

The warm vibes spread through

With a simple upward glance

Springy steps forward in the grassy morning dew

Unfair

Bold

Foretold

Sold, the aspirations of the legendary marauder of old

In the bank

The dank weltering of an inopportune deceptive flank

Driving

Reviving

Surviving in the decaying place of what was before

Now the land of continuous denying

Wallowing hearing the words of despair

How do we repair?

It seems things are destined to continue to be unfair

Already Know

The great illusion of the land of boundless promise

The naïve dream of peace and solace

People of corrupted mind and spirit becoming the leaders of too many of us

People of the land defend

The Barons and Kings;

Sons and daughters of tragic noble men

A mechanical hand builds more cages,

Cast out are those who give off strange sensations

Unsupportive of the cause will face retaliation

Speeding toward the end of the once hopeful

Mired in divisions,

No longer is prosperity plentiful

Toe the line, or wither and die

Or sing for freedom

Will we again fly?

The end is coming

We already know why

Trust

The Beginning of the final days

Flowers will soon bloom out of the ashes

Twisted agendas

Divisions

Smug smiles from those who take

The commoners still strongly by their side

Excited for the chance to take the fascist ride

Histories ignored

More important to take more

Liquid death creeps up through the floor

Urgent revelations

Only pointing fingers respond

Praising of the bomb

What could go wrong?

Objections, unity, singing of songs

Can the simple things still keep our path long?

But too late to concede

Should we leave?

Repercussions for opposing the Golden’s lead

Fueled by greed

Vengeance toward those of different creeds

Serpent inside the machine

Power consumes and starts to get mean

Destroying it all from within

Men saturated in sin

Hate in their heart

The last days are now upon us

Will we ever regain God’s Trust?

United & Divided

Cautious steps forward but still grooving to the ancient rhythm

Loosening the grip after following too close

Continue to ponder what is behind the next door

The fading beacon that propels the truth

Breaking old allegiances from the bottom floor

Melancholy wisdom during these fading years

A greyish mass yearns for orange, yellow

But, another bit of prolonged sorrow

Faltering on over ambition

Delaying, the stalling is to prepare

Seven approach, from the hills

Who else will be aware?

The final days

A sinful parade

Repent do I, now in these early days

A time soon, to come to lead

Defend the people from the incoming beast

A perplexing state this final era

Sing a joyous song

Praise God, Woman, Man, Sister and Brother

Forgive us, and all that we have wronged

Soon time to test true courage

United and Divided

In the end,

The roots of our story, we will be reminded

Forgiven Part III

Break loose

Free the mood

Abandon the shallow

And embrace a livelier

No contentment

No normalizing

Wallowing in the machine

Only becomes demoralizing

Regroup

Rebound

Unite against the one who is against us all

But, loyal ties feign

Rigid stance despite the pain

Proud opinions and agendas

Alternate truth, untruth

New words of our America

Welcome Comrade to the New America

Forget all that you have learned

The words have been burned

Recent words are the truest words

Conflicting or challenging

Contradicting what was preached

Many eyes to the floor

Fingers grasping for the golden opportunity

Ignoring anything that will question their conformity

Silent shadows sent out

Quietly ending before anyone can shout

The truest truth revealed

Denial common

Small groups engage in reckless abandon

The fall is then swift and sudden

Will we still be forgiven?

The Best

Well we’re almost there

The righteous land without care

Start more wars

Drain the resources till the land is bare

We just gotta have more

We don’t wanna share

Cause we are the best and always will be

We don’t worry when we lose our right to be free

We ignore the signs and keep our nose to the grind

Tomorrow is such a faraway time

When the walls close in

It’ll be too late to run and hide

Cause we are the best and always will be

We don’t worry when we lose our right to be free

Gold Towers

I just can’t believe what’s happening anymore

So clearly flawed

A life lived nothing but wrong

Is now in charge for the next four

But he owns many gold towers

Advocates killing the peace flower

We must give him a chance with absolute power

Live a corrupt life

Never do anything right

Be a joke to everyone

A self-righteous wealthy white bum

With new power

To send boys to die in another fight

But he owns many gold towers

Advocates killing the peace flower

We must give him a chance with absolute power

Fortunes

Fortunes

Returned

Exploited labors punished and burned

As the world turns

Clock is ticking

Toward a final meeting

Out of the shadows, a dark greeting

Complacent standard

Old ties long to be repaired

How will the freedom eagle fair?

As the land turns bare

Scorched land

Beaten by the invisible hand

Twisting the data

Truth speak begins

Not good…double plus good

The have it alls, will have even more!

The never will have, happy to give even more!

Welcome to the final four

Wasn’t freedom such a bore?

Congrats Comrade!

How much did you sell YOUR soul for?

Walls

Behold what is seen, dancing in the middle

How long it has taken, an everlasting riddle

Obvious clues, ignored by the masses

No time to process lessons learned in childhood classes

Caged off from free will

A new truth starts to spill

Questioning the motives of those wanting more walls to build

Exploiting the ignored,

Taking advantage of the weak

A golden haired man uses a snake’s tongue to speak

But the people of freedom will never admit defeat

We will fight ‘till all the walls tumble at our feet

Meandering Illusions of Forgotten Promises

He lied and he cheated

He broke and he stole

He just loved that gold

He though clean fuel meant burning coal

He was always a bastard

A moronic son of affluence

No ethics, no morals

Following the seven is his essence

He divided and he conquered

He planted his seeds

With the new agenda in place

Love & Peace respectfully retreat

This is only the beginning

The ending of freedom is upon us

A two horse race it had to be

Even though neither had our trust

Our country is dismal he says

Only HE will make us great

There is no future in freedom

We must focus all our hate

Days stumble along

The twilight feels inevitable

The lines are drawn

The two sides refuse to meet at the table

Soon a bright light from the Heavens

Eyes finally open to how we live our lives

Will we regain God’s trust?

Or watch as the world dies…

Dug

No need to be dismal or …ugh

We do understand the hole we dug,

Time to lend hands to help each other out,

Of the deep hole we feel stuck

A fleeting moment of honesty,

Clears up any confusion,

I know what I said, he says with an arrogant smug

Success at the divisions

Similarities in the masses creates confusions

Who to be against, tell me please,

I forget which group is allowed to cheat,

What are our core values again, please write it down

…Or maybe just give me enough so I can live on the good side of town

What did we learn in church and school, remind me again,

I see someone with an uncanny resemblance to Hitler and Satan

My neighbors may die,

But, No Worries! The boss can now buy a very expensive tie!

The fruits of your labors, now will make the finest sweet wine

Not a sip for you though,

The whole bottle is needed for the best to have a good time

Watch them dump the excess in the streets,

Dribbling over a coin, there you go, pick up your dime

Gladly take the empty bottle as it slips from their hand

You may have just earned another nickel in this fine land!

The needs of the every

Less important than the wants of the few

Unless we start speaking up, and voicing our point of view

No need to avoid the obvious

We all face obstacles whichever path we choose

Life cannot simply be win and lose

Slow Squeeze

The deceptive foe caught, early enough

It seems he thought anything could be bought

A tit for tat agreement

We’ll help you

You just pick people who share our point of view

Can I get some cash as well, he asked

No problem,

How about ten million cash?

Other hazards as well

Other absurdities he wants to tell

Slow moving albatross decides:

Should we look into it?

Or just ignore all the yells…

Demoralized, childish buffoon in charge

I can’t believe my eyes

They want to start a nuclear fight

A rowdy bunch of stupids wait in line to hear the red hat speech tonight

Not that long ago the future seemed bright

Now tyranny begins its slow squeeze…

Gripping with all its might

Battle

Words still changing and being decided

What does it mean; united?

Prosper on a path more enlightened

The shared hope vision; sighted

As we overcome,

We are the people whose convictions; ignited

So, Battle on, young brother,

Before the walls, start closing in

Battle on, young sister

There ain’t no way we’re giving in

Words still changing and being decided

What does it mean; united?

Prosper on a path more enlightened

The shared hope vision; sighted

As we overcome,

We are the people whose convictions; ignited

So, Battle on, young brother,

Before the walls, start closing in

Battle on, young sister

There ain’t no way we’re giving in

Overcome

I wonder if there is any use

I wonder if we will stop the abuse

There is so much craziness

It just gives me the blues

IF we work together, we will overcome

Just Resist and Freedom for everyone

IF we work together, we will overcome

Just Resist and Freedom for everyone

Do you wonder about the world today?

Did we pay too high a price to play?

There’s so much craziness

I just want to get away

IF we work together, we will overcome

Just Resist and Freedom for everyone

IF we work together, we will overcome

Just Resist and Freedom for everyone

Heroes

I saw the sun shinning

On a day with officials whining

About the crazy cost of feeding the poor

I saw the people gather

While others thought they would rather

Give it all up so they could get a ‘lil more

So it makes me wonder,

When the son will come out again

It makes me wonder,

When the heroes will finally win

It makes me wonder

When the son will come out again

It makes me wonder,

When the heroes will finally win

I saw today on the TV

That incompetent boob to you and me

Get elected to the office of President

People looked the other way

While others got baffled and dismayed

What a strange sight that man as White House resident

So it makes me wonder,

When the son will come out again

It makes me wonder,

When the heroes will finally win

It makes me wonder

When the son will come out again

It makes me wonder,

When the heroes will finally win

Creative Joy

Too long with dismal and void

Previous disheartened illusions

Too much to avoid

Saunter through to the next full spring

The idle rumblings becoming more than noise

Diligently preparing for the next task

As a new forces rises and takes off its mask

Quietly blooming during this calming twilight

What will be, once the aftermath

The slow methodical beast, gaining, changing

Slithering into charge of it all

These words soon viewed as being against the government’s wrath

Distant stars faintly glimmer in support

Thinning relativity

The world continues to spin

Spread the joy of creativity

Savior

Illusion

Collusion

Forrest built upon the enchanting wisdom of an intricate confusion

Banter

With idle chatter

Then ponder all the uncertainties that really matter

While basking in the glow of the moonlight

In the Lake of Once Was Her, full of laughter

Denying

Then buying

All that it is to make it though,

While never truly flying

Savor

Then repay favors

On this Easter, I give thanks to my savior

The Light

Meandering journey through the fog

Adventures sought without causing smog

Sustain a balanced approach, not using all the logs

Or else it runs out

Left can only pout

Abused land leaves a lifeless void

A crying, decaying shout

Bang the drum to continue with life

Do not follow what is obviously not right

Reach out to fellow brothers and sisters

Do not let the darkness swallow the light

The Night

Steadily following some unsure path

Longing for a distant quite village

A calming hike through a mountain forest

Pale moonlight guides the trek

Loosening ties to sidewalks

Idle time used for pondering

A full breath, bright stars

Reflecting off the slow moving river

Hands to the skies for answers

When will salvation be delivered

Thinning, fraying ties to the city

Eyes back to the slow meandering path

A slow dark hike through an abandoned forest

A long night, but no need for fright

Soon, coming, the final light

Enjoying this day, living through the night

Money Ring

Oh, it’s splendid!

And it looks amazingly bright

The colors are so seamlessly blended

Contrary to the story of our dependence

A fruitful journey it seems

Beginning to take place in the land of wishful dreams

Hark back to old wisdoms

As we devote our attention to our respective teams

Channel the isolation in the land of thinking

It appears we took much on and now we are sinking

Swallowed whole by our own creation

A disciple with dark bidding

Savor the sun on this day in late spring

Before our time on Earth feels like an old fling

This place it seems, cares most about making money ring

The Cold Man

Where the lies intersect with desperation

A cold man sneers, ready to take action

The Forgottens believe anything

Devoted followers of exclusion and confusion

Unwilling to understand complexities

They give up everything

The cold man with coal on his skin and oil in his veins

Says he will solve all their uncertainties

His lies soon so rampant, they can’t be denied

But the Forgottens dismiss the lies

And stay by the cold dark man’s side

The Forgottens lose more,

But scream even louder, “PLEASE GIVE US FOUR MORE!”

The cold dark wicked man is pleased

His heirs get in position to take over the throne

The Forgottens lose what they have left

The Cold Dark Wicked Incomptent Man asks,

…Well, what did you expect?

A Part

As the moon lit up the sky

The crickets sang a tune to the turtles crawling by

A stream flows through the quiet meadow

Aged and prickled wooden fence,

Leaning against a robust evergreen

A quiet lonely figure sits under the tree

Contemplating desires of youth

Faded dreams, lost direction on how to best use the energy

A distant path remembered

An old trek rediscovered

Cautiously taking first steps

The lonely figure heads down the path

Over the mountain or around?

Prepared for neither, tell me which way, we will make it by next Easter

Ahh, the confidence, or smug arrogance

Maybe neither and pandering to an inner defiance

Pause to look behind, where was the start

A slight breeze brushes away the old steps

Look to the heavens for clarification

What is the best way to be a part?

Get to LaLa

Should we take a pause?

What is our cause?

For whose benefit are the creation of the latest laws?

The man in charge says he is the only one of us all

To right the woes that will lead to our downfall

But, we’ll fight later, right now we’re too small

While the beast grows bigger with ever sharper claws

A rambunctious white group says there are no flaws

Nothing is rude or cruel enough to be consider foe paw

So just keep marching toward the final hoorah

When we get there: La La La La, La, La, La, Laaaaaa

Maintain

Sitting on a sunny day listening to a classic track

Good vibes dispersed from the Tribe spreading a peace message

Do not attack

Eloquently putting out the way of our world

As we continue to march forward

Our lives became too bored

We wonder what will happen, what is next?

What a gamble we made

What we lost in that bet

So just maintain

Remember your name

Stay true to yourself as the world turns insane

How to be remembered on this history’s page?

Facilitate relations that spread warm sensations

Loosen ties with those who only want negative vibrations

Stay involved during this crazy time

This is not normal

You’re not losing your mind

What are your true convictions…They will be tested

The principles of our country have already been warped and molested

So just maintain

Remember your name

Stay true to yourself as the world turns insane

How to be remembered on this history’s page?

CODA

A last little number to tidy it all up

The current state of affairs has left me feeling a little outta luck

Not even qualified to be an American according to the President

Probably because I’ve struggled as an adult to pay the rent

He wants the money and that all it’s about

But some people don’t care about facts, they just like to shout

Drain the swamp means drain the swamp

It’s another way of saying you’re happy being a stage prop

It’s three words that literally means nothing,

He’d dance in circles while you’d sing

Now he’s planning on nuclear war

We’ve corrupted ourselves by giving the golden haired more

It seems we no longer even know what we stand for

This President may very well be reigning over the final four

So we see the corruption on the TV

Does it mean much to you and me?

What do we plan on doing about this new unsettling destiny?

Say something, at least, that is coming to you from me

Let us get back to the place of honor, integrity and liberty
